AURA handles video reviews, background checks, contracts, portfolio shoots and safety training. You never carry the liability.
Every time your talent works a booking, a share of AURA's commission is credited to you automatically.
02 — How You Get Paid
Referral bonus

for each referred talent who completes their first booking.
Ongoing override
10%
of AURA's commission on every booking your talent works, for as long as they're on the roster.
Client bookings
15%
of AURA's commission when you bring in a new client or venue that books.

Monthly
by direct deposit on the 5th, with a full statement of every booking credited to you.

03 — Director Tiers
1–4 active talent
Standard override and referral bonus. Access to the director portal and monthly statements.
5–14 active talent
Override rises to 12.5%. Invitations to private client events and priority booking for your roster.
15+ active talent
Override rises to 15%, quarterly performance bonus and a voice in city expansion plans.

Your earnings come out of AURA's share — never out of the talent's 70–80%.
No pressure, no fees charged to talent, no off-platform bookings. Breaches end the partnership.
Account Directors are independent contractors under a signed director agreement and NDA.
