2019
AURA began as a small hosting team for a handful of Brickell restaurants and private yacht charters, built on one rule: talent is treated like partners, not inventory.
2021
Art Basel and luxury real estate launches brought our first corporate contracts — and our first in-house legal and security staff.
2023
We restructured as AURA Management Group LLC with formal contracts, insured placements and guaranteed retainers for core roster members.
2025
Expansion into Fashion Week, F1 Grand Prix weekends and residency nightlife, with local account directors in each city.
2026
A vetted roster across three markets, supported by full-time coordinators, security, legal and wellness partners.

Brands, venues and private clients contract and pay the agency directly. You never chase invoices or negotiate rates alone.
Account directors match bookings to your skills, availability and comfort level. You can decline any booking, no penalty.
Every booking has a signed contract, NDA, vetted client and a security plan before you say yes.
03 — How You Get Paid
